The complete set of steel plate warehouse project has been successfully commissioned and put into operation
After more than three months of continuous struggle by the employees of Hengxin company, the phase II steel plate warehouse project of Shanghai farm feed plant of Guangming milk group was finally successfully completed, accepted and delivered for use.
The second phase project of Shanghai farm feed plant has three large corn raw material warehouses with a total capacity of 4500 tons, with a diameter of 14 meters, a column height of 13 meters, eight bulk finished product warehouses with a total of 900 cubic meters and a total of 11 steel plate warehouses. The project is not only equipped with advanced technical equipment of the first phase project: domestic advanced screw bite steel plate warehouse, digital temperature measurement system, raw material cleaning and dust removal system, etc; The second phase project has greatly improved the material conveying equipment and steel structure manufacturing.
First of all, in terms of materials, the scraper and hoist, electric gate, electric tee and other equipment used in this project are all made of double-sided 275 grams of hot-dip galvanized sheet per square meter, which greatly prolongs the service life of these outdoor equipment;
The ladder step plate in the well frame and the step plate of the warehouse top corridor are made of rack type hot-dip galvanized steel grid screen, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance, but also will not accumulate water and people will not slip when walking on it.
Secondly, the scraper used in the project to transport to the bulk finished product warehouse is a U-shaped scraper. The advantage of the U-shaped scraper is that it scrapes clean when transporting materials, and there is basically no material left in the scraper. Therefore, it is more appropriate to use the U-shaped scraper when transporting a variety of different materials.
Third, the materials contained in the eight bulk raw material silos of the project include powder and granular materials, which are easy to be broken when falling from high altitude. Therefore, our company has equipped rotating buffer and bulk machine in each raw material bulk silo to prevent the materials from falling directly, but flow down through the buffer to ensure that the materials are not broken to the greatest extent.
