Yantai Shuangta Food Co., Ltd., located in Jinling Town, Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, is the current Longkou vermicelli production base and pea starch production base. It is the only listed company in the vermicelli industry. Since this year, Shuangta food has actively accelerated the transformation and upgrading while maintaining the leading position in the fan industry. In the future, high-quality functional soybean protein will be a new performance growth point of listed companies. The high-quality functional soybean protein project is a transformation and upgrading project created by Shuangta food in compliance with the 2030 healthy China planning outline proposed by the state. The new process of "extracting protein isolate from pea vermicelli slurry" independently developed by the enterprise is used to produce pea functional protein. Its raw materials are all high-quality peas imported from Canada. It is estimated that the annual consumption of peas after the project is put into operation will not be less than 300000 tons.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of this project, Hengxin will use its rich experience in grain storage industry to provide 50000 tons of pea storage equipment for Shuangta to ensure the rapid and safe storage of peas. The project will adopt Hengxin 10000 ton spiral steel plate warehouse and 500t / h conveying equipment. The tightness of spiral steel silo and the temperature measurement and ventilation system of Hengxin silo ensure the safe storage of peas. 500t / h supporting conveying equipment ensures the time requirements for ship unloading. The application of PLC control system ensures the intellectualization of equipment operation.

The signing of this contract will be a big step for Hengxin to enter the protein industry. It will bring new solutions to the storage mechanization and intelligence of the protein industry and will have a long-term impact on the future.
