Enterprise graduate workstation is an organization that is applied for and funded by enterprises and introduces the graduate team under the guidance of university graduate tutors to carry out technology research and development. Since the establishment of the station in 2017, our company has invested nearly 10 million yuan in construction and R & D expenses, and established a R & D team mainly composed of enterprise technicians, on-site graduate students and guiding professors. In order to ensure the effective operation of the workstation, our company strictly implements the provincial enterprise graduate workstation management measures and establishes the enterprise graduate Workstation Management Committee. Chairman Cao Wenwu is the director of the committee, and manager Peng Xudong is the management contact of the enterprise graduate workstation, responsible for daily management and coordination of professional practice activities and R & D work of incoming graduate students. Provide free accommodation for incoming graduate students and free working meals with the same treatment as the company's employees. Provide living subsidies for graduate students who work in the station (doctoral students > 4500 yuan / month, master students > 3000 yuan / month). Provide fully equipped office space, fully functional R & D space and sufficient project R & D funds for incoming graduate students. Provide travel allowance and guidance allowance for graduate tutors who work in the station, and provide free accommodation.
