In a crisp autumn October, the complete set of steel plate warehouse project of Jingmen Xuechen refined rice factory undertaken by Jiangsu Hengxin storage equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully completed after two months of on-site installation and commissioning.
Xuechen refined rice factory is located in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, where historical allusions such as "xialiba people" and "white snow in spring" have been handed down for thousands of years. From "xialiba people" to "sunny spring and white snow", generally speaking, it is from ordinary to professional. Most ordinary people can do it, while only a small number of professional people understand it. In order to provide better service to customers, we must become a small number of professional people, and the details are the external concrete performance. After comprehensive and detailed communication with customers, the specific process was finally determined in July.
First of all, considering the warehousing mode of materials, we have added inclined ladders at the feeding chute to improve the safety of incoming and outgoing materials.
Then, due to the need to place large-volume equipment on the warehouse top, after communication between the two sides, adjust the warehouse top cone to a large-size platform to better meet the equipment installation; At the same time, the ordinary belt conveyor on the top of the warehouse is upgraded to an air cushion belt conveyor to ensure that the materials enter the warehouse without dust.
Finally, the bottom of the silo wall plate and the steel cone bucket are connected by iron plate to make an inclined plane, which not only ensures the smoothness of the connection, but also plays the role of not easy material accumulation.
