Recently, the 600 ton bulk soybean meal storage project of Beijing Dafa Zhengda Co., Ltd., undertaken by Jiangsu Hengxin, has been successfully put into operation.
Beijing Dafa Zhengda Co., Ltd. is a large modern agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise jointly built by Beijing Dafa Animal Products Corporation and Thailand Zhengda Group in 1986. Due to a series of factors such as early construction time and tight industrial land, the early plant layout can not keep up with the modern production capacity requirements, and the safe storage of bulk raw materials has become an urgent problem for the enterprise.
Spiral steel plate warehouse, with minimal floor space, excellent structural design and waterproof sealing performance, has become the primary choice for the safe storage of grain and other materials. The materials have been manually stacked and transported from the original ground to the three-dimensional storage of mechanical automation. The low-cost and efficient operation mode perfectly solves the contradiction between reserves and land occupation, saves a lot of processing and labor costs, and greatly improves the production efficiency.
With the smooth operation of this project, Hengxin and Dafa Zhengda Company urgently signed six contracts for bulk storage of 100 ton feed finished products, so as to realize the automation of bulk storage of finished products on the basis of warehousing of raw materials.
